Category Archives: Arts and Spirituality for All: Non-Artists and Artists Alike

Arts and Spirituality is a mystical prayer practice that focuses more on process than product;, a dance with Spirit. Like in the rest of life, I ask Spirit to use my hands and open to what comes. Whether it is paint on paper, writing a book, or making dinner, connecting with my Creativity connect me to the Divine Creator.
